Our spin on a New England classic.

By Measure
Meat From 4 Medium Lobsters - Cooked
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Celery
3 Tbs Chopped Scallions
3 Tbs Chopped Yellow Onion
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Juice from 1/2 a Lime
1/2 tsp Sambal or Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper To Taste
4 Toasted and Buttered Buns


  1. Mix everything but the lobster meat together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper
  2. Gently fold in the lobster and taste again
  3. Add to your toasted rolls and enjoy
  4. You can garnish with red and green onion or a little chiffonade of iceberg lettuce
